Born in Santos (Brazil), he began his musical studies at nine with his father. In 1994 he began studying French horn with Professor Marcelo da Silva. In 1995 and 1996 he went on to study with Professor Ruben Santos (Symphonic Band of Cubatão). In 2002 he returned to take classes with Marcelo da Silva, with whom he continued studying until 2005. From 2006 to 2013 he was a student of Baccarelli Institute (Sinfônica Heliopolis) with Mario Rocha.
As a professional musician, he began his career in 2005 in the Symphonic and Marcial Bands in Cubatão. He was member of the Heliopolis Symphony Orchestra as principal horn performing, in 2010, his first European tour through Germany, Holland and England conducted by Maestro Roberto Tibiriçá. With the same orchestra, he performed with musicians like Joshua Bell, Leonard Elschenbroich and conductors as Julian Rachlin, Peter Güilke, Yutaka Sado and Zubin Mehta.
He was invited to participate as soloist with the Orchestra of Heliopolis under the direction of Isaac Karabtchevsky, performing at the Sala São Paulo in 2011 and 2012. In 2012 he performed as principal horn the Symphony number 5 of Schostakovitch with the Symphony Orchestra conducted by John Neschling; he also took part of the singer Andrea Bocelli’s tour in Brazil. In 2013 he participated in the Aida and Das Rheingold operas with the Symphony Orchestra of Sao Paulo Theatro Municipal under the direction of John Neschling and Luis Fernando Malheiro. Among his main collaborations as a guest artist highlight the Orchestra of Paraná in 2011 and 2012, Municipal Symphony Orchestra of São Paulo in 2011, 2013 and 2014, Municipal Symphony Orchestra of Santos in 2010, the Symphony Orchestra of Santo Andre in 2008, Orchestra Experimental Repertory in 2007 and 2008, Brazilian Symphony Orchestra under the direction of Roberto Minczuk.
He participated in various Masterclass with Thomas Muller (Chamber Orchestra of Zurich), Luis Garcia (OSESP), Luckas Cristinat (Lucerne Symphony Orchestra, Switzerland), Franz Draxinger (Ensemble Berlin), Jorg Brückner (Munich Philharmonic Orchestra), John Ryan (London Philharmonic Orchestra), Luca Benucci (Maggio Musicale Fiorentino Orchestra), Radek Baborák (Ex principal horn of the Berlin Philharmonic). He also participated in festivals such as the I Festival of Music of Cubatão, II Fair Tatuí Competition, Music Festival of nas Montanhas (Pocos de Caldas).
As a teacher, he worked in the Symphony Cubatão Project in 2008 and as coach of the horn section (Youth) in the Baccarelli Institute.
He is currently principal horn in the National Symphony Orchestra of Chile and member of the Stomvi Staff.
