We begin with some of the improvement that affects the comfort, durability and sound quality:
- Introduction of double ball bearing in the rotor core
The ball bearing avoids clearances and wearing of the rotors. Furthermore, since they are standardized, they can be replaced anywhere in the world.
The ball bearing is ready to resist a lot of revolutions per minute, so in the case of the horn, with not so many rpm, the ball bearing will last a lot longer, it will extend the useful life of the valve mechanism.
The incorporation of ball bearings in the rotors reduces friction almost completely. Research, development, innovation and technology at the service of music.
